It is a beautiful place. The apartment's were bright and spacious. I look forward to moving in and joining the community soon! Gina was friendly and thorough in going over all the amenities and aspects of the apartment. I would recommend Viva to others.

Everyone in the leasing office are great. I appreciated their patience during the process and the help with suggestions on how to get my things up to the 4th floor post operation. They are eager to answer any and all questions. I truly appreciated all their help during the move in process

My only major concern is that I have submitted 5-6 ticket request for fixing my garbage disposal. I can count on one hand the number of times I have tried to use it. Only once did I ever put lemons and limes. Otherwise , it was for very small after food type items. I’m concerned that after the second time the disposal was not completely replaced. I recommend that if an issue persists after the same time, something has to change.
