Very likely, the complex was clean and friendly, Kim was amazing and answered all questions we had.

I just wanted to take the time to leave a shout out for Sean, who has helped us twice now when our heat and hot water had stopped working this week. This two instances both happened after-hours & he still responded so quickly to help us it was like he had simply been down the hall. He was extremely kind, reassuring, and so incredibly helpful. Both times he was able to fix the issues and get our heat/water back up and running. He took the time to alleviate stress and worries & was so efficient with his work. Thank you so, so much Sean- we are so lucky to have such an equally kind and knowledgeable person help with our request & be part of our community here at Viva.

This washer is breaking at less once a month for the last year

Thank you to all the staff at Viva Lakeshore for making it what it is. The place does live up to its name, and we thank you all for making this community a safe and clean environment. We just wish that there was a little ramp in front the building or by the G door that would make it easier when coming in with the cart full of groceries or any heavy loads for that matter, or even someone in wheelchairs where we would not have to lift the cart half way before getting to the door. Since there’s some work being done on the side walk on the side of the building, maybe now would be a good time. Perhaps that’s what already in place.
