Allowing guests into the building has been a little challenging. I have to go down stairs to open the door every time.

The apartment is very expensive, and no heat is included .

Gina was very professional. She understand my needs and support all my request. I was so impressed about her dedication and ability to help me. With the short time working in that apartment Building. And because of her I make the decision to start a new lease. Thanks again Gina!

Yes, accessing Wi-Fi continues to be unattainable for me. Cell service in the apartment is poor to nonexistent depending on where you are in the apartment.

Kimberly and Heather are the most amazing staff and do the work for their community. If u want a smooth moving experience or are looking for a beautiful apartment —Viva at Lakeshore is the place to be.

I would highly recommend, and by the way I didn’t need any refreshments:) Kimberly did a great job
