The assistant property manager Gina tells me on the phone I might have to pay for plumbing due to incident that was done not onpurpose. I would like to know where it says because if I have to, I would’ve get my own plumber

I was a little disappointed that a portable AC was brought in and the valve was not shut nor did I know about it until it leaked and drenched a good portion of my living room rug. I've been trying to dry the rug ever since.

The only thing I have to say has nothing to do with maintenance. They both are great guys!!My issue is with tenant over my head. He’s at apartment 2517. He stomps and bangs consistently!! I am NOT paying rent for a tenant who stomps and bangs when he’s in the apartment.

The door issue was addressed right awayBut it never gets completely fixed. Just keep putting a band aide on it. Everytime the door shuts you can still hear the bang in my livingroom and bedroom.This has been over 2 years now.
