This washer is breaking at less once a month for the last year

Thank you to all the staff at Viva Lakeshore for making it what it is. The place does live up to its name, and we thank you all for making this community a safe and clean environment. We just wish that there was a little ramp in front the building or by the G door that would make it easier when coming in with the cart full of groceries or any heavy loads for that matter, or even someone in wheelchairs where we would not have to lift the cart half way before getting to the door. Since there’s some work being done on the side walk on the side of the building, maybe now would be a good time. Perhaps that’s what already in place. Allowing guests into the building has been a little challenging. I have to go down stairs to open the door every time.

The apartment is very expensive, and no heat is included .

Gina was very professional. She understand my needs and support all my request. I was so impressed about her dedication and ability to help me. With the short time working in that apartment Building. And because of her I make the decision to start a new lease. Thanks again Gina!
