Schedules oil change took almost 3 hours. Service center needs to be updated and more staff. Have used LM VW in the past and finding it less impressive each time.

Service advisor to use is Mike.Honestly the best advisor I have ever had at a dealership. He doesn’t try to upsell you and treats you with kindness and respect.I’ve seen advisors raise their voices at customers who were struggling to understand what the issue with their cars were.Mike takes his time and explains everything needed and why so it’s easy to understand.
