I made the appointment to have my engine cover replaced. I specifically asked if the covers were in stock since I was driving over 250 miles to get there. I was assured there were plenty in stock only to be told after the oil service was done that there are none available.

I am currently having a lot of problems, keeping pressure in my tires since they did a rotation. I will be in tomorrow to get my brakes fixed, and I really want them to look at this. Thank you.

Review Update. A day after creating the post I received a call from Michael Isham, GM of Larry H Miller Volkswagen Lakewood. Inquiring about my experience at his store. I was a bit caught off guard and this was the first time I have ever experienced anything like this. Within two days my car was back at the dealership being cleaned. They even gave a loner car to drive until the vehicle was taken care of. Staff were extremely apologetic and helpful. My experience went from being meh to a big smiley face. I’m very grateful for the experience, we received and even more important the oil stain is gone! Thanks again for turning a not so pleasant visit into an incredible experience.I brought my vehicle in for a routine 10,000 mile service. Unfortunately during that service I noticed that one of the technicians left an oil stain on my driver seat. Vehicle was just fully detailed less than a week ago. So that was disappointing. The service was completed in a timely manner and everyone was nice. If it wasn’t for the oil stain the visit would have been great.
