Syd is great per usual! He’s been my usual service rep whenever I’m scheduled and it’s always such a pleasant experience. Respectful, approachable, helpful, all around great employee! A main reason I keep coming back to the dealership even after my warranty has ended is the customer service and feeling of being genuinely taken care of!! (just hit the 7 year mark but over 86k miles on my ‘19 Jetta for reference)
