Service Dept itself was excellent. Ken is the man and diagnosis of issues for my xc90 seems on. My issues is with the call center. I left a message to schedule during your open hours and a week went by w no one calling me back. I called the next week and person taking my call seemed very incompetent my real issue is they they have been overbook since July 4 and I wasn't told this on the phone. Once I came in, u could get me in to diagnose but had no time to fix it. That should be told to customers when scheduling and they whole process makes me not want to come back. Hope u fix this problem because the guys actually working in the service Dept are really good. #callcentersucks

Grant and Todd are Great! We have been asking for Grsnt for years as this is our second Volvo. He takes great care of us. Always explains exactly what was done and what to expect on the next service. Marietta Volvo needs to replace the Nitrogen machine as the one they had was stolen and we get better mileage on the tires using nitrogen. Would also like to take advantage of the free coupons for the nitrogen!!

At this stage inyou car's life it can feel like my car is falling apart. But when your advisor works with the maintenance crew every step of the way to ensure a better customer service it makes a world of difference. They are very helpful and understanding. Letting me know what immediately needs attention and what can wait. They also realize that our car is important for life and are willing to provide a car when needed. My service is always exceptional. They come out and meet me, engage in delightful conversation, and alert me every step of the way. Not one person isn't helpful and kind and everyone loves their job!!
