Kim at service department has been very patient in helping me the engine light problem I had encountered. Great help. But I have to question the quality of Volvo cars. This XC60 is my first Volvo and I bought it brand new in 2015, but engine light problem have had me take back this car to shop four times for the same problem. Hope it is a permenent fix this time.

It was a very long wait to purchase the car - over 3 hours. Everyone was very nice. they said they were short a few people but the wait was so long it makes me dread the next time I have to buy a car.
