You left my A pillar a mess, it's covered in finger prints.... You scratched my tint on my driver window and there was a dent on my passenger fender.... All that was perfect before I dropped it off. I give you a 1 since my car is fixed. My experience will be posted online to warn other owners.

I took my 2012 Volvo XC 60 in for a routine service. The polite service advisor stated everything looked well. Hurriedly I paid the bill and rushed toward afternoon rush hour traffic. While approaching one of the traffic lights, I heard a sweaking noise from the brakes that has now continued for over a month plus. I have made THREE trips back to Jim Ellis Volvo to no resolution to the noise. So sick of the noise. What's up with your service department? It sucks!!!
