My experience this time was great! I was greeted by Todd right away and my service technician was excellent. They kept me up to date on what was happening and they got me in and out in the time that they promised. I have been disappointed in the past but this time was a whole new experience. Thank you!

Long wait. 2 hours for diagnosis ( told 45 mins). Another 2 hours for repair (told an hour). Problem has decreased, but still exists. Staff was friendly.
