Ken Neff, as always, went out of his way to take care of our XC90 and helped make my wife feel completely comfortable when she dropped off our car and picked up the loaner while I was away on business.

Staff was courteous, efficient and professional. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of timed and I am totally satisfied with the service.

Scheduled service conducted quickly and efficiently.

Friendly as ever except: Called after service hours seeking info and whoever answered the phone was curt, rude and unhelpful. Also, I understand the desire to up-sell and add-on services/products. But when it becomes wholly obvious, one distrusts the tech and doesn't buy what might actually be needed services. That's what I did, and I'm am going to consider my service alternatives in the future. I now drive my car uncertain if it is properly maintained because I couldn't trust the tech.
