Awesome service!

My battery died while traveling out of state. Contacted dealership service Dept and let them know I was being towed in. They got me in 90 min before close. Replaced my battery and I continued on with my vacation. Thx

Pete in service did an excellent job and was both professional and customer service oriented.

Some warranty work was done. Everything is as it is supposed to be. It was done quickly with no problems. S60 t6

Probably the best part for me was my service advisor,Pete. He was knowledgeable, extremely willing to go the "extra miles",because of the additional repairs. He showed genuine concern and explained in detail, what was needed most and what could be monitored until I was financially able to take on the rest. Pete's helpfulness and demeanor is the reason why I will fight that 285 traffic and the distance from College Park to the dealership, mostly because of Pete.
