I am always treated like a valued customer. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The facilities are clean and the well stocked with refreshments (coffee, water & juice). The only thing that could be better is, they need more room, a bigger facility.

We had an unexpected repair on our XC90 due to an auto theft. Our Service Rep did an assessment of the damages in a timely manner for us to submit info to our insurance company. Volvo ordered the parts and did a great job with the repair. Grant Nierling is an amazing Service Rep.
