Volvo did not explain or do anything to my car. At 10 years old now is the time to maintain it. They did not test drive it, or talk to me about transmission fluid which is what I asked about. I was given one price by Bill and another by Grant. This was during service. I need brake pads, they did not mention it. Staff not helpful this time. I have been coming to Volvo for the 10 years that I have had the car.

So, our repair contact at the dealership was great and was Dentin, our sales guy.Very responsive and communicative. However, when I went to pick up the car after having the navigation fixed (it had a bug) there was white paint spray ALL over the car. They washed it, but it didn't come off. Each individual little spot needs to be scraped off with a finger nail or something. It is all over the roof, windshield and body of car over at least 1/2 of the car. We had already waited extra time to get it washed again and we had to pick up our kids. The dealership is not located close to our home so getting there is hard and takes a whole day. We are very disappointed that this happened to begin with as well as there didn't seem to be a way to get it addressed without us having to go back there or asking for a different solution.

Grant Neirling has been my advisor for many years. Grant is always pleasant and cooperative. He also knows his business. I have never had a bad experience at this dealership. This dealership has a great service department.
