We recently made an appointment with Grant for service on our xC 90. He has been our service repr for three cars. He listens and is always so courteous and helpful. He even ran into a thunderstorm and driving rain to get my garage door opener which I left in my car. When we returned it was also pouring rain, he pulled the car into the Bay Area so that my kids wouldn't get wet. He always goes that extra mile and that is why we keep bringing our car back to this dealership for service.

The rental I was given was more than filthy. Chips in the cup holder. Chick fil a cub in the back seat with a half bitten straw. Chips all over the dash. Dirty exterior. It was like driving in a dumpster. So no... I would not recommend someone to your dealership.
