The people at the location are friendly and helpful. No part of the review has to do with how I was treated. However, the price is way out of line. The labor cost is way too much, as well as the cost of the parts. Also, there was no recommendation as to what would be my best option to solve the problem. I felt as if the location wasn't looking out for my best interest. The only option was the most expensive, and way more than it should have been.

I feel the dealership has a responsibility in ensuring the customer is knowledgeable enough to operate the vehicle safely, I honestly have not receive this help. Upon picking up my car after week of purchase and I had to wait due to software failure, I notice a scratch Rim, I notified my salesman at the dealership right away, but as of today 07/07/16 this matter has not been resolved.
