I purchased a 2016 Volvo xc90 Inscription and the first 2 months i had it , it was in the shop more than it was in my driveway. I should of picked another vehicle when i got into it the check engine light was on. After sending it back through service right quick they got the light off and assured me nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Supposedly the General Manager drove this car, so I'm even more surprised that none of the issues i experienced were never addressed....I guess that's why he stopped driving it and put it on the lot. I've made 3 trips from North Carolina to Atlanta Ga. with a issue that the car cuts off when in park and you open the door to exit without turning vehicle off. Service Tech says no problem but now it idles to stop and sometimes cuts off completely without opening the door at all.. I'm at my 15k service maintenance so I hopefully something may come up on this issue my next visit to service. Also the 12v chargers don't work in passenger seat and in rear trunk. I love the car but hate i bought this one!

I called late on a Thursday (after closing) and left a message about dropping off my car for a service. I received a call early Friday morning advising me to bring in the car! Grant N is always positive, informative and friendly. He is also very knowledgeable about Volvos.
