Good service with comfortable waiting area. Price estimate was dead on. Time estimate could use some work as it was 2.5 hours vs 1.5 estimate. Overall a good experience and I'll definitely be back.

Service Dept very friendly and helpful

We had our 2013 XC90 serviced at Volvo Marietta. Someone greeted us as we drove up and held the door. Then Mr. Gallagher got us signed in. He listened carefully and made note of all my concerns. He was SO helpful the whole time and kept us updated every 30 minutes or so of what was going on. We were waiting at the dealership, so before he began anything new, he made sure we had time. I am beyond pleased with the excellent service we received!!!

From the time I dropped off the car and it was returned back, the dealership was very professional. The loaner I received this time was extremely clean. My only comment on the improvement was that when my car was run through the car wash, it wasn't properly cleaned on the exterior. I had soot in the gaps.
