Joe patiently worked with us to get ybe car we wanted. He sent messages when he was out of the office so we wouldn't worry. The service team was great too. My windshield began to leak two weeks after we purchased our car. They took me in right away and gave me a loaner vehicle. I didn't expect that at all. A significant repair could have been expensive and stressful. It wasn't. Everyone was exceptional.
