SUPERB

I leased a 2016 XC90 Inscription. My salesman Tommy Fain did an excellent job, as did the sales manager Philip Jacobson. Tommy was very patient as I took test drives, both comparing the Volvo with several competitors and deciding between options available in the XC90. While it was time consuming for him, I eventually chose the exact color and level of the XC90 I wanted. Thank you Tommy Fain, Philip Jacobson and Volvo of Marietta.

Couldn't use a mailer coupon because an oil change isn't a "service". Seems like a technicality to me and should be more clearly stated on the coupon.

Recent service was excellent, as usual.

Pete was awesome! I called Thursday morning with a brake service assist message alert and wasn't sure if I needed to bring my Volvo in after the message only appeared once that morning and not again. We were leaving for a trip Saturday morning, and he said he wanted me to get it in that day to be on the safe side! He said to come when I could and he would get the car in for a diagnostic. He had me in and out as quickly as possible too! I had my toddler and baby with me, and everyone was so helpful opening doors for me. Savannah in the waiting area printed a coloring sheet for my daughter, and also told me about the orange juice with squeeze tops! Belinda was very helpful in the waiting area too! Very friendly, helpful, polite, and happy staff at your location!!

Fantastic service

Peter is borderline neurotically manic about making the experience of service as wondrous as possible. He's the Walt Disney of service techs.
