Original owner 2011 xc 90, good car no problems , all services completed regularly with the dealership. 45, 000 mi check up at 42k. Battery was weak one morning so left it for 45k service 3 k early. Estimate $400. Rec'd loaner car expected 3-4 hrs. Rec'd call that 3 sensors were out ? Other misc things now $3,300 ! Crazy ! Everything operates fine ! I complained. Took some things out , Offered 10% discount , reduce to $ $2200. Makes no sense that 42,000 well maintained car of this quality Needs $3k of sensor replacement ! Pete tried to be helpful but he should realize anyone in that situation w a good running car w 42k mi shouldn't expect a $3k maintaince cost out of blue. All seemed fishy!

This visit was a regular oil change. Grant did a great job,,car was finished on time and he called to let me know I could come back and pick it up. All my questions were properly and courteously answered. Well done.
