I was here for a service appointment. Very disappointed with the communication from my "account person" who was supposed to keep me in the loop with what was going on. Also, the day of my appointment, the entire computer system shut down, which delayed the repair another day. I think because of that reason alone, the dealership should have offered a loaner car before I asked for one.

The experience was good, Grant is always very kind professional and explains throughly. However I had a $389 service which I would have thought would cover checking my battery. The next morning after service I drove 8 hours on vacation. The battery created problems, I had to get it to the closest dealership which was 2 hours away to discover the battery was bad. I was lucky and it didn't leave me stranded but it certainly could have. Why was this not checked?

Ken Neff is a great service leader. He is knowledgeable and skilled in explaining different services and options. While there is another Volvo dealer that is much closer to me, after finding Ken and the team at Marietta Volvo, I gladly drive from Alpharetta because I trust your work and have confidence in Ken.
