I was provided detailed info about issues with my car during the service -- projections regarding how soon service would be completed were over-optimistic -- service tech forgot to put maintenance log book back in car, but made arrangements to mail it to me -- overall service experience was positive

The service department is fine, the complaint I have is about the quality of my xc60. The car is less than 4 years old and the backup camera has gone out for the 2nd time, the A/C compressor switch isn't working reliably, and I just had to have the front wheels axel assemblies replaced. This is RIDICULOUS for a car that is supposed to be high end. For the previous 20 years I had 2 BMWs, each with over 300,000 miles on them and never did I have any issues like this. If Volvo doesn't fix their flaws in my car I will return to BMW Ownership. My service rep, Mr. Millen was fantastic and he is the only reason I am not giving Volvo a 0 on this survey.

Recall for an airbag. Someone did leave a lighter in my car and it smelled a little funny when I got it back (NOT like smoke). Otherwise, it was fine. They gave me a loaner, which was pretty surface dirty from whoever had it last (half empty water bottle, straw papers, etc), but it was nice car.

yu should have balanced the tires as well as rotationed - AND THE ROTAION SHOULD BE FREE OF CHARGE
