I was undecided between a Volvo and a Cadillac. The excellent customer service I received from Bill is the MAIN reason I'm driving a Volvo!

I like the fact that they took care of me on such short notice.

I took my car in for a routine service. Everything went well until I started to drive in home on the expressway. My brakes were making a noise......that it has never made. I drove it for a few days and then took it back to dealership. Sad to say....it is still making irritating noise!!!! Now it back to the dealership for the third time.

Pete had everything ready and waiting, explained what would be done to take care of my tire, and got it done quickly - plus giving me a car wash. Nicely done. Thanks. It was worth it!

The entire visit was great. Tony was excellent at showing us the car and even better after the purchase while giving us a 45min tutorial on the features of the vehicle. So far so good.............. One potential issue. While driving the vehicle Saturday night (in the rain) my wife mentioned she felt 2-3 drops of water on her leg (passenger side) Not sure what that is all about, will have to watch it close next time it is raining. I am a bit concerned.....................

Grant was excellent as usual and helpful to both myself and my brother who was there with his XC90.

I had my S60 for about 6 weeks when I noticed an unfamiliar noise that seemed to come from the engine. I contacted my salesman who immediately directed me to the service department. Upon contacting them, the service department told me to bring the car in right away. When I arrived the technician got in the car so he could hear what I was hearing and assured me that the noise was not normal. They took the car in and set me in a loaner ( a really nice loaner!!). The next day Pete call me to let me know that they identified the problem and that they were working to get it corrected within 24 hours. Unfortunately, the part(s) needed were not readily available and he advised that it would take a few days as they had to get the parts from the factory. I really appreciated that honest and transparent response. I enjoyed the loaner for a few more days. Pete contacted me again to let me know that everything was done and I could pick up my vehicle. PETE WAS FANTASTIC!! The whole service department was professional and exceptionally courteous. Even the young lady who handled the loaner was a pleasure. I must say that although I was a bit disappointed that the vehicle had to go back, I have nothing but praise for the Jim Ellis team. They have truly demonstrated that CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is far more important than customer service! Thank you for everything.
