I came in for 30,000-mile service on my 2013 Volvo XC60. The wervice was completed quickly and competently. I was informed of every step of the process, while I waited in the comfortable guest lounge.

This is my third Volvo. I researched and found 2 models I'd like to test drive. I went to Volvo of Marietta, GA and was greeted by a very busy, but extremely friendly and knowledgeable sales consultant, Denton Gupton. Denton apologized for my having to wait (no problem), and soon, I was test-driving the 2 models I'd selected. He searched the stock and found exactly my choice in model, color and features, at a local dealer. I came back next day with my trade-Volvo in , and drove away in my beautiful, exciting, very sleek Crystal White Volvo V60 Cross-Country! Thank you Denton and staff at Volvo of Marietta, GA for "making my day" - and taking the extra steps to make certain I am a satisfied repeat Volvo customer!! Keep it up,Guys!!!!

Personnel was friendly, but your facility is extremely small. I had a hard time parking and getting in and out of vehicles due to the narrow lanes. I was worried my door would get a ding just from the service area. My family also has a Lexus and the difference between your facility and theirs is enormous. It definitely was not a luxury car experience, which you tend to expect when you pay $60K for a vehicle (2016 XC90). If there was another dealer on the West side of town, I would likely go there next time. Ultimately, though, the service was fine.
