I purchased a 2010 xc60 from your dealership in Jan 2015. I started having problems with the oil, discussed the issue with the service department, we watched it for several months, and when I finally brought the car in to be fixed, the car was no longer on warranty. However, because I had brought the issue to your attention while the car was on warranty, the service department honored the warranty and fixed the car at no cost to me. I also was given a nice loaner car at no cost to me. Excellent care and consideration.
