2016 XC90 purchased. Tommy Fain is a good salesman. He never pressured us, and always offered helpful advice about the many features and devices. He was there with us to ensure the car was registered with the online services and made sure the car was updated and ready to go for us when we drove off the lot. The most trouble we had was with the cleaning. Processing the car and making it available to us took a very long time. We waited well into the evening to take possession of the car. We arrived at 10 AM and didn't leave with the car until 6:30 PM. We even had to leave to get something to eat , because we were starving. When we received the car there was some damage to an interior inlay, most likely made during the cleaning. The dealer, of course, will replace the inlay, when we go back to have some accessories, so no real problem. They were genuinely concerned that we were satisfied and responded to our concern about the damage quickly. The recommendation I would make is enlarge their cleaning service bay area. They have a small two bay area in the back that services two separate car lots. The area is restricted in size and ease of use. The cars barely fit into the cleaning bay areas and this is probably why the interior was damaged. On a busy Saturday, get a couple more cleaning guys to come in and service the vehicles. You can't get your customers in and out in a reasonable amount of time with this cleaning bottleneck. If they told me it would take all day to clean the car, I would have rather had an option of getting a detailing coupon that I could have taken to another site to have the cleaning completed in a more timely manner.
