the service was exceptional, my loaner vehicle was ready for pick up and drop off was quick. the vehicle is running great. customer service was exceptional again.

I have the best warranty available and Grant takes very good care of my car. I have a 5 year 50,000 mile with everything covered except the tires. Grant had my rotors replaced, brake fluid replaced, engine air filter replaced, interior air filter replaced, oil change accomplished, replaced broken clip on passenger side trim, fixed leak on front windshield, lubed my rear hatch. Am I pleased with Grant New leering, you better believe I am. If I owned a business Grant would be my very first employee.

It was pleasant THANKS to "Todd Mille, Service Advisor" who was so pleasant, helpful and took care of my problem with a smile. S60 - 2016, -- Service Good. The Sales side of the house could have help us more with the NEW features of the vehicle. Example. Inform new Customers, that the engine of the vehicle 'shuts off' at stop signs and in traffic. Do not allow us to assume that we have a problem. There are several ""Guess what" that could be shared.

Quick and easy

Tony Craig was an excellent salesperson. I am bordering on elderly but he was not at all patronizing and was very helpful. I liked it that they did not try to change my mind about paying with a check. Love the car so far.

Service Pros: Quick service, washed my really dirty car very well, wifi keeps me connected to work while waiting, staff is always friendly and helpful. Service cons: Dealership service is always so much more expensive than other car service companies. I want the pricing to be more competitive so I don't have to look for service outside the dealership.
