2012 S80 T6 AWD I have had battery problems, a new alternator and now today I am told the reason the car will not start is the battery. Even though it started sometimes and other times it did not. The battery in the car is not 2 years old with 680 CCA and I was told that it was not the correct CCA it should be 700 CCA. Less than 3% of what is recommended and that is the problem? I do not believe that. I believe there is something else that is the problem. I even paid for a software upgrade that is to help regulate the battery use. However I was told that this was a charge not an issue with the existing software? Then why an upgrade? The service guy Ken did a good. I still believe VOLVO knows there is an issue with batteries being eaten by this model and should take care of this expense.

My only complaint is the difficulty getting in/out of the service area, and if someone is picking you up, so that you can leave your car, it's even more difficult!

Excellent experience. Tommy was very knowledge and really helped in the process of buying my XC60 Volvo. I had already seen him in action when he sold my son/daughter in law their car. Everyone involved in the process were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place/salesman to friends/family.

The key fobs went out and an electrical problem with the rear hatch on a 7 year old XC70. Difficult diagnosis. Todd let us use a loaner vehicle. Took three weeks, but Todd updated us continually. Was an electronic part $$$$. Reasonable and quality service. It took a while, but was an extremely tough repair. Done right and we are happy ��
