Pete is wonderful !

Current service manager, Ken, was excellent. I have been complaining about the battery going dead ever since we purchased our s40 volvo. Each service appointment we were told it was nothing and were even encouraged to buy a new battery(and did). I scheduled this recent appointment and insisted that the problem be resolved. FINALLY I was tpld there wS a parasite that eas leaching power and causing the battery to die. I was annoyed that the problem was found after the car was no longer under warranty. Although Ken couldn't remedy the lack of service while my car was under warranty, he gave me the best price he could on the repair. In summary, I am completely eased with this isolated experience, however, I am dissatisfied with Volvo overall.
