2009 Volvo XC 90, I have had the same customer service person, Todd Milie, since purchasing my car. He has always provided me with superior service. He gets me into the dealership when it is convenient for me and because I have known him since purchasing my SUV, I believe him when he tells me I need to address an issue with my car. If I were to buy a Volvo again, he would be a huge part of the reason why. I really appreciate his professionalism and assistance.
