Purchased an XC90 I originally inquired about over the web. A salesperson contacted me promptly. Most of the sales work was done over the telephone and e-mail. I only arrived in person to fill out paperwork, pay, and take delivery of the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. Overall, the best car buying experience I've had.

I believe there's an opportunity for improvement regarding the expected wait times for service completion. Especially, when the customer is waiting on their vehicle based on times provided when the appointment was scheduled. In my situation there was no additional service performed to my vehicle other than what was originally discussed however the time it took to complete the service nearly tripled. I spent 2 and a half hours in the waiting area (for a 1 and a half hour appointment) before I was told my vehicle would take again as much time to complete the service. I had to get a loaner car and make another trip to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. This is not the type of experience I would expect.
