I received service on my 2012 XC70 wagon. I called and made an appointment for the same day which was what I wanted. I arrived was checked-in and was told it would take approximately an hour and a half including the washing of my vehicle. The work was completed on time and my car was clean. It was a very good experience which I truly appreciate!

My service manager always takes extra special care of me. Grant Nierling took my car in for routine maintenance and had it back in about an hour. No extra charges, just regular courteous service.

John Vena is an excellent sales consultant and a pleasure to work with! So is the service department with whom I worked for 6 years after purchasing an XC-60 from another dealer in Oct 2010. The XC-60 I just bought is my 3rd consecutive Volvo purchased. I have become a very loyal customer of the product.

I am pleased with the work performed but VERY disappointed in the return of my car after service. The person who went to the lot to pick up my car, drove it to me in excessive speed, whipping it around a corner. if this is how my car is taken care of when I am near, I wonder how it is treated when I am not around?
