Great experience from beginning to end.

The lounge is uncomfortable, amenities non-existent. For a Luxury Brand, you're a bunch if cheapskates - water & crappy coffee in a dingy room? Are used to own an Acura, and did all of my service at Jackson Acura. It was nice, bright, clean, and there was food readily available for any customer who had to wait for their car during service. Why aren't you doing something similar? I'm also dismayed that you don't have enough of a fleet of loaner cars so that anyone who doesn't want to spend at least an hour and a half can't get out of the shop. Had I known your sales volume was so low, that you couldn't even maintain a respectable fleet of loaner cars I probably would not of bought Volvo from you.

Routine Service and Tire Rotation for 2003 Saab 9-3 --- Service was good and done in timely fashion.

Our new 2016 XC 90 displayed a low battery warning and Grant immediately worked me into the Monday morning schedule. The staff identified a software issue and downloaded the latest updates while I waited in the very comfortable seating area. Grant fully explained the problem and answered all of my additional questions. My entire experience was very positive.

Grant Nierlin dose an outstanding job keeping you informed of what is going on. I was disappointed that I had an engine problem with the car with only 31000 miles and the charge over$1000.

I brought my Volvo C70 in for service after receiving free battery charge ( Volvo Care), in hospital parking lot. They have me a loaner and my car, still under warranty, got free new battery & friendly service team, even late into the evening!

Always been a pleasure - have to wait a little long sometimes is my only complaint.
