Got a loaner as my vehicle was being serviced for the 90K mileage. The rental car could have done with some vacuuming, otherwise it was a smooth riding S60. Both Todd Milne and associate who loaned me the S60 were very professional and friendly. The associate who was taking my car to be serviced drove by to give me my garage door opener as I had left it. That was very thoughtful of him. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

I appreciated the extra efforts by the team. My car was 200 miles outside of warranty and you all still honored the warranty, which I greatly appreciated. The team also went to the extra effort of replacing my broken visor mirror at no cost, which was very nice. Overall, great service as always.
