The service team is warm and professional. I know that when the techs make a recommendation about a proposed repair, they know what they are talking about...and they have the expertise to fix it. There is nothing like a Volvo that runs and performs well. The team at Volvo of Marietta have to be some of the best in the country. We have two S60s which are over 10 years old now...and they still run like New thanks to guys like Todd and his fellow servicemen. My car-2011 XC60 T6 AWD-was brought in for routine maintenance on Thursday morning and a issue related to transmission shifter lunging from neutral to drive and from park to drive; it did not exhibit this behavior going into reverse? After a 2 hour wait while work was performed I pick up my vehicle to drive home. While departing the gas station the lunging behavior was exhibited again. I call service and returned my vehicle and I was told it would be ready for pick up tomorrow, Friday. From what I understand the problem is a combo of software and mechanical adaptation. Consequently the lunging will diminish over a period of use. I did receive a no cost loaner car so the personal impact was reduced. I did appreciate that offer and my service advisor was professional and attentive throughout. The car will be ready for pick up Saturday morning. I hope that will be the end to this story.

They took care of a problem i was having wirh the software on my car and they were very excellent with the customer seevice.

I was in and out in timely matter. My car was taken care with no pressure to purchase unnecessary maintenance.
