i have been taking my car to Jim Ellis Volvo for 3 years and have always had good experiences. They have always been punctual and I've never had any issues. Today was my last free maintenance service and it was as easy and pleasant as my first. Would definitely recommend to anyone that has a Volvo. And will continue to take my car there even though the warranty has expired.

Strange battery draining scenario quickly diagnosed and fixed, including a new battery and software update to guard against the same issue going forward. Service Advisor Grant was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. He clearly explained the problem to me and how it would be fixed.

It was a very exciting experience ,i have been driving a volvo for the last 13.6years and i love my volvo.so when it was time to change of course, i had to get another volvo.

The showroom & service area is clean and staff is knowledgeable & courteous.

On our Volvo S60 - 40,000 mile check up and a battery replacement ...one week apart, the staff at Volvo Service of Marietta were courteous, professional and efficient. I know their main goal is to provide the best customer service they can and it shows in the way they treat all their customers whether it is a scheduled appointment or a same day emergency situation. I love our Volvo S60 and I love the service we receive!
