I was in recently for the 30k service. I was greeted promptly, check-in was efficient and I choose to wait in the customer area while the service was performed. Grant Nierling was the Service Advisor and he was excellent. While waiting, Grant informed me that the two front tires on my XC60 should be replaced. He explained my options and I agreed. Since this would extend the service time, he offered a loaner car and I accepted. He provided a quick demo of the loaner and said he would call me when my car was available. I returned first thing the next day to pick up my car. I would have rated a 10, but there were grease stains on the driver's side floor mat and threshold. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience.
