Everybody in the office were very friendly and very helpful. I go to the dealer all the time to ask about many silly questions, they(everybody) answer the question or request right away, I am always appreciated. Thank you very much.

Pete is always extremely helpful. I brought my car in for the 40Kservice recently. There is still a sound (click/vibration) that occurs when accelerating and affects performance. This has been ongoing and Pete has opened a few hot tickets with Sweden to figure it out but so far, no luck. The noise still persists, even after installing new, thicker spark plugs. It sounds like some kind of misfire but Volvo should be the experst who can repair it, not me after multiple attempts. I would be interested if anyone even reads this. If Volvo does, contact me at christiangswift@gmail.com and let me know how you plan to fix my vehicle, or are you simply waiting for the warranty to expire at 50K?
