My experience with Jim Ellis has always been excellent. Yesterday was absolutely the same. Grant got me in and my service was completed in a great time frame. Art is always explaining to me what the problem is and how it can affect my C30. Walt in parts is just super and has always taken an interest in my needs. Bill is also excellent. I think that every one I deal with treats me better than all service departments I have ever dealt with in the past. Norman Davis

Friendly assistance , maintenance was completed within the time I expected. Waiting area clean and easy to work from. Small suggestion, car was returned dripping wet, dirty water all over beige mats. Need to improve your definition of car wash.

I received outstanding service from the Service Department and the service advisor Todd Mille. My S60 was making some unusual sounds and the problems were diagnosed and completely resolved. I also really appreciated that I was provided with a "loaner" (XC60) that was a pleasure to drive.

Was great! My only recommendation would be to install a full kitchen in your waiting room and hire a chef to cook for your patrons while they wait. Bon apetite!
