I made a appointment Saturday for Monday at 2:30 when arriving on Monday they say they didn't see where a appointment had been scheduled but the still seen me which was great so I happreciate them for that but really hate that the person who supposed to have set the appointment wasn't on his job or was handling to many things at one time

I got a call shortly after 2 that the car was ready and everything was performed according to what was asked. Excellent customer service overall!

I receive e-mails to walk in for service or to have my vehicle serviced by appointment. When I walked in for a standard oil and filter change the attendant was not very warm and intimated that there probably wasn't anyone available to work on my vehicle for maybe 2-3 hours. He then went and checked with one of the service technicians who said he could do the work in maybe an hour. I am not one to complain about employees because I know their jobs can be sometime challenging, but my reception was not warm at all. I have been spoiled by Grant who has waited on me in the past and has made me feel welcomed and comfortable in the service of my vehicle.

Can describe with the following words...courteous, polite, knowledgeable, professional, did not over promise and vehicle was ready when promised.

This was my first time to have my Volvo serviced. Todd was very courteous and helpful and my car was ready when he said it would be. I wasn't expecting my car to be washed! Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service. Thank you!

I had a wonderful salesman and excellent experience. Tommy Fain found me the car I wanted quickly and even offered to have it delivered in from another state. None of the few other dealers I had talked to offered to do this for me. When I arrived to the dealer Tommy was waiting there to meet me with everything in order and prepared. I would suggest anyone who is searching for a Volvo deal directly with Tommy Fain! He is the best!
