Kenneth Neff was extremely helpful. He talked me through the next two services that I need for my XC90 and the importance of each service. Because of his honesty, I will only bring my car to Volvo of Marietta from here on out.

I had an "emergency" situation and Pete worked me thru the system and got me rolling again without any problems. That was good service! He also explained what was happening, why it happened and why I didn't need to worry about it happening again.
