The stools in the waiting area for seating at the long bar area are too short to use with a computer if people are waiting for an extended period of time. The area is good but trying to work it is very uncomfortable.

Very friendly and knowledgeable

We leased a Volvo XC 60 T6. It is a very beautiful car and the lease terms were good for us. Our salesman was very kind, but there were two huge problems. Firstly, it literally took 6 hours to finish the transaction. they had us waiting and waiting. Really, I would never go back. Second, only a few days after having the car, it shut off (no power, no steering) in the middle of traffic. Luckily no one was hurt. We took it back and they said the software was corrupt. Why in the world would you sell a brand new car with corrupt software? My husband nearly lost his mind over this. We looked it up and it is a known problem with the car. The response of the staff was completely horrible. We will never buy a Volvo again and have warned all of our friends to stay away.

The service was handled well by my advisor, Grant Nierling. During the service, a loaner was provided. It was a smooth process.

Had an excellent experience working with Tommy who seemed to work in the background to find the perfect matching vehicle for us. It was a no pressure situation. After shopping all around town we can back because Marietta Volvo is the best.
