Genuinely concerned. Todd (service writer) and Jeff were working with an electrical problem concerning the key fob, ignition, door locks and rear hatch opening. We are currently documenting the oddities in the electrical system to attempt to align the weirdness with thrown codes. No charge$$$ yet since it isn't fixed

Arriving and checking in was fine. I did point out a light about my battery that keeps coming on saying system will shut down in two minutes. I explained that I have had my battery checked twice an another place and they say it is fine. I also asked them if this was something in the software. The service person ( person that checked my car get in) did get in my car and he did witness the light so I was confident he understood my concern. I picked up my car, form this regular service, several hours later when I received the call. No mention of any problems or comments regarding my concern. I paid, and again no mention of how or if my concern was addressed. Got home and the light came on again! What is this light and why couldn't my concern be addressed the first time instead of leaving me with phone calls to your department and perhaps another trip? I don't understand? Every time I have brought my car I have been asked if the service is a 10. To me, if the service is a 10 you go above and beyond the expectation and in this case I don't even feel like the expectation was met. Sorry!

Grant nieland is the best. I've had a couple of small issues that he has fixed within minutes of my arrival and had me on my way before someone could come to pick me up. H is always courteous and polite.

The service writer (check my paper work for his name) and the mechanic who performed my repairs were FANTASTIC!! They teamed up to proactively address two different problems at the same time. Had those two items been repaired separately it would have cost me HUNDRED$$$$ more. Its all too seldom, if ever anymore that I encounter that type of morality and honesty in today's world!! Kudos to Marietta Volvo for fostering that type of culture and employing team members that are so professional!!!
