XC90 service - Todd was great from start to finish (friendly, organized, ready to serve with consistent follow up). Tech neglected to replace my oil change sticker so I had to call after I left the shop and Todd apologize but stated he would mail one to me.

First, I called to schedule a service during business hours and got a voicemail. Someone called me back later and I said I wanted to come at 7:30am. He said 7:30am works great. As we completed the call, the service guy said "see you at 8:30". I said "no, remember we scheduled for 7:30am"; he said "oh, my apologies, 7:30am". I get an email confirmation of my appointment and it says 8:30!!! Furious, I called back.....once again,got the voicemail. I came to get my car serviced (and thought I would wait). Once I arrived I was told it would take 4 hours, so they would give me a loaner. He hurriedly set me up with the loaner key/vehicle and I left. Upon arriving at my home (I live almost 1 hour away), I noticed the dealer had ALL my keys (including the 1 car key), AND my garage opener!!! I had no way to enter my home. I call the dealership, got a slight apology, and said my keys & opener would be waiting. I furiously had to drive all the way back to get those items. Why is it not NORMAL protocol to just take the key to the car off the customers ring, IF you have to keep their car?? Why not tell the customer "make sure you take EVERYTHING out of your car before you take the loaner"? This would have eliminated this unfortunate inconvenience!

Took the car in for a popping noise emanating from the left front strut area. Dealer found a control arm bushing that was bad and replaced same. However, on the drive home the noise is still occurring, albeit not as loud or as frequent as before. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and congenial...
