As always your staff was courteous and efficient. I was in and out in less than the 1 1/2 hrs predicted, including the car wash. I continue to be extremely pleased with my S60 and all your staff at Volvo of Marietta.

The estimate was higher than I expected but Pete did an excellent job of explain the repair needs and working with me on cost. He provided excellent, first class service. Thank you.

We had previously dealt with Jack Ingram on the issue with my car because it is closer to home. Dropping a car off there for any service is always a hassle, and they never have a loaner car available. It took us less than 15 minutes to drop the car off receive a loaner and be on our way. The car was ready by the next day. Great customer service.

They were able to make my appointment quickly for a maintenance visit for my XC60. Not realizing it was a longer than average service, I was offered a rental car but said I would just wait and see. The service was done in two hours, and Pete kept me informed on the progress at regular intervals. Everything was done in a timely manner and Pete was very informative and efficient.

Todd has been my service advisor for 8 years. He has always been helpful with my Volvo wagon. Call back when needed and always making me feel confident that my vehicle will be road ready. I travel 90% of the time for my job and I have to have a vehicle that is maintenance free after I leave your service shop (until next check).
