Needless to say the repairs to my car was COSTLY, but the Tech, Todd, tried to make it as easy as possible for me to adjust by explaining the benefits to getting it repaired in addition to explaining what could be done if no repairs. I had a great loaner, but I really enjoy my car and I am very happy that it is up and running and will be for a long time to come. You can be assured that ONLY Volvo will continue to service my S80, 2004 Volvo, which I will keep even after I purchase my new Volvo in 2018!
