My experience yesterday at Volvo of Marietta was excellent. My S60 had an electrical problem resulting from a change of battery performed by a local tire dealer. This problem was corrected and my regularly scheduled maintenance was done. My advisor, Todd Mille, kept me informed of the status of repairs and even offered a loaner to me if I needed one. I did not. Have already recommended this dealership to friends last night and will continue to do so. My overall experience with the Service Department since purchasing my car in 2012 has been excellent.

The person who scheduled my appointment did not listen or file out the appointment paperwork correctly so when I arrived they did not even know what service I was taking my car in for. I think it is ridiculous tire rotation is not included in the service and is an additional charge. When I left my tire pressure light came on within a minute or two of leaving the garage and they did not even wash my car.

Grant Nierling Service Advisor has always been very professional and efficient in the handling any of my problems and standard service visits. Schedule times and length of service times required are all fairly accurate. GOOD SERVICES SELLS NEW CARS!!
