Service was quick and on time. My one complaint is that they turned my headlights off of AUTO and I didn't realize it until I was driving for a while at night (because it is very well lit where I drive). That is very dangerous and they should never change the setting from AUTO to turn off the headlights. I don't understand why this is done and it is not the first time.

Todd Mele and his mechanics (Art) diagnosed my left, front, wheel bearing noise and got me in and out of shop ready for many more miles over the 142K I already have on my 2007 XC70! This is why I continue to return to Jim Ellis' service department though I have many aftermarket Volvo repair facility options in the ATL metro area.

To sum up my experience with the salesperson I dealt with: great attitude and personality coupled with an encyclopedia like knowledge of the details of the Volvo was interested in. The car that I was interested in was not available on the lot so the salesman searched and found one that met my needs rather quickly. He also communicated with me perfectly so I was aware of every step along the way. Well done!
